Opportunity Available - Head Assistant Coach, Men

A major opportunity is available to establish yourself as a coach in the men's program of the UTS NSDCC with strong development opportunities.

Assist in planning and implementing a program which facilitates excellence across the senior grades of the UTS NSDCC. The Head Assistant Coach is responsible for executing a targeted pre-season program, as well as twice weekly trainings (Tuesday and Thursday evenings) and providing pre-match support to captains on match days. Attendance for the duration of each of these activities is required. The Head Assistant Coach will engage with the Director of Cricket, other assistant coaches and casual specialists engaged over the course of the season. 

The Head Assistant Coach is expected to help implement systems to assist players manage their development plans, and to track players’ progress against these plans. This may include targeted work with specific players where appropriate.
