Poidevin-Gray and AW Green Shield draws released

The Poidevin-Gray and AW Green Shield draws have been released and there are some key match-ups to mark on your calendar.

The PGs competition will see the introduction of some exciting innovations in 2019/20, with the introduction of regional conferences, as well as T20 double headers where PGs play the curtain raiser for first grade.

The T20 double-headers against Sydney at Drummoyne Oval on October 13 and Randwick-Petersham at North Sydney Oval on November 24 are obvious highlights. The local deby against Manly-Warringah at Manly Oval on October 20 will also be must-see cricket.

The AW Green Shield side has some tough assignments in their 7-game regular season schedule. None more so than last year's runners-up, Manly-Warringah, at the picturesque Tunks International Sport Park on December 22.

The side takes on Mosman on January 4 at Tunks in the first of two back-to-back northern derbies. This is followed by Round 4's fixture on January 5 against Gordon at Chatswood Oval. These three fixtures loom as a season-defining run for the team.
